About Bob Lake
Bob Lake, LLC, is an apparel company that is passionate about creating “wearable conservation” with attitude. Founded at the Lake, we thought it would be a lot more fun to be conservation crusaders and unit against spread of aquatic invasive species, than continue in our interminably dull corporate jobs. Dedicated to protecting our habitats, a portion of every sale is given back to conservation efforts.

Winston Hewett: Chief Bobber and MILFoil Mogul
Winston Hewett is the founder and creator of Bob Lake’s dream. Winston is a 16-year marketing and branding guru. Recent positions have included Director of Communications and Marketing at Opus, and Director of Community Relations of Lawson Software, and Manager-Buyer at Nordstrom (love that company). Winston has three awesome children, that when they are not exploring the world, they’re providing product ideas for Bob Lake. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking and spas. When she has free time (meaning, self imposed time-outs) she enjoys hanging at a beach, boating and cooking. Of course eating goes along with the cooking. |

Lalo Carter: Director of Good Feelings and BAMF Technologies
Lalo Carter is our website and creative director for Ms MILFoil’s website. Lalo ensures exceptional execution of Ms MILFoil’s and her aquatic posses messaging and brand voice across all of Bob Lake’s websites and marketing programs. Lalo has been responsible for more than one creation of our aquatic pin-ups and creative that drives our customers to buy our stuff. He loves inspiration through travel, laughter, and art and he finds joy in floating on boats with a cocktail in one hand and a jalapeno popper in the other (preferably a pink cocktail to complement the jalapeno’s green goodness). |

Madison Hewett: Lake Stylist and “Not Fishy” Designer
When Madison Hewett was young fry, she dreamt of someday being fantastically rich and a famous designer. Who knew that one day she would be designing a clothing line called “Not Fishy,” and hanging out at Lake Minnetonka for inspiration? Don’t worry Madison, Bob Lake is a great steppingstone into the fashion world. Hey Rachel Zoe, we’ll loan her out if you’re interested… She has the skills to even make a fish look hot! |

Chris Thompson: Operations Monkey
Consulting and Advising, Chris Thompson has more than 10 years in developing and managing killer projects, and is an expert in directing businesses. And just like our aquatic invasive species, this chap comes from a foreign land across the pond, England. If you’re wondering, Chris still enjoys his pints in tippy cups. |

Aimee Falk: Creative Campaign Advisor and Wildrush Philly
One of Aimee Falk’s numerous goals is spread Ms MILFoil and her aquatic posse to epidemic proportions. Aimee would love to see Ms MILFoil on the big screen at the Comic-Con convention. Aimee creates and advises on creative graphics and campaigns intended to drive sales, SEO efficiencies, and tracking all of our customers and stakeholders. When Aimee is not baking cupcakes and cookies for her daughter’s numerous athletic events, she is tinkering with some new social media gadget. Yes, Aimee is our female techie gear head. |

New Wave Photographer Jennifer Sieveking: Capturing a bevy of beauties for Bob Lake
Supporting the creative department by not manipulating photo images (okay, Jennifer uses Photoshop to keep the Bob Lake team looking young) for use on the web and other forms of media, Jennifer Sieveking captures a bevy of beauties for the Bob Lake Store. Jennifer collaborates with hunky models and anglers, outside agencies, graphic designers and others within the company. |
